PROTEIN PUDDING

Components:
milk: 460 g (two glasses)
millet: 35 g (1/3 of the bag)
dark cocoa: 30 g (three tablespoons)
natural honey: 25 g (one tablespoon)
blueberries: 50 g (a handful of blueberries)
banana: 50 g (1/2 small banana)
BE MUSCULAR protein conditioner: 30 g (one measure)

Preparation:
Millet millet boil for about 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, add cocoa and honey. When the porridge has cooled, we blend it to a smooth mass and add a measure of conditioner from Amarok Nutrition (in the recipe it was used coconut) We decorate the ready pudding with fruits.
