For orders We take orders through the online store available at www.amaroknutrition.com, as well as by mail and telephone.

Merchandise sold by us is brand new and original packed, has a minimum 12-month shelf life. All products sold are declared for registration under current sanitary regulations.

Prices at the store are final, containing all consumer rebates, and applicable taxes. For every purchase we include the sales document in the form of a receipt or invoice (which is the basis for potential complaints).

After placing an order, the customer is informed about the status of its implementation via email. Tracking number that allows tracking the order will be sent upon receipt by the courier.

We make every effort to ensure that orders are processed within 24 hours of ordering.

Pre - payment by credit card or via electronic banking systems. The amount for the order and any shipping costs are charged at the time of finalizing the contract.


Returns and Complaints

The buyer can return the goods to 10 working days without cause (based on the Laws of 2000. No. 22, item. 271). Refund or exchange of goods takes place at the expense of the customer. The condition for refund is to return the item intact (packaging, seals are intact).

If you wish to return the goods, please let us know by email. You will receive a "return form", which upon completion and attach proof of purchase must be sent to our address.

When making a complaint, please contact us - in response we will send you all the information regarding the complaint procedure. We reserve the right to consider the complaint within 5 working days.
